Agency OS Review · Beta

Stop chasing approvals through email, Slack, and text messages.

Agency OS Review gives your team and clients one organized place to review work, leave precise feedback, request revisions, compare versions, and approve the final deliverable.

Review item detail with two annotations, comment thread, and Approve or Request Changes actions. Illustrative example, not customer data.

Client approvals, feedback, revisions, and final versions—all in one place.

Upload the work. Collect precise feedback. Track every revision. Get final approval.

Review is in Beta. The full lifecycle is built and tested. Founding agencies will be the first to run live client reviews through it, with our team setting it up alongside them.

The review problem

The work is fine. The feedback loop is what breaks.

How it usually goes

  1. File emailed
  2. Client replies in another thread
  3. Someone texts a change
  4. Team edits the wrong version
  5. Feedback conflicts
  6. Approval is unclear

With Agency OS Review

  1. Upload
  2. Review
  3. Comment
  4. Approve or Request Changes
  5. Create New Version
  6. Compare
  7. Final Approval

Supported review types

Built for the deliverables agencies actually send.

Each deliverable type is labeled with its current status. We list a type as reviewable only when the product supports it today.

Ad copy is reviewed as part of a Google Ads strategy or build approval, not as a standalone item. Documents and other files can be attached and downloaded, but inline viewing and annotation are planned.

Approval batches

Clients review organized assignments, not disconnected files.

Group deliverables the way your agency already plans the work. A client opens one batch, works through it item by item, and your team sees progress without asking for it.

Organize batches by

  • Client
  • Campaign
  • Month
  • Content period
  • Deliverable type
  • Website project

Website items join a per-project or per-month batch.

Client review experience

A calm workspace your client can finish in one sitting.

Clients sign in to a secure review workspace that carries your agency's logo and colors. They move item by item, see how far along they are, and make one clear decision on each deliverable.

Visual annotation

Feedback stays pinned to the exact version and the exact spot.

Clients drop a point on a detail or draw a box around an area. Each mark opens a comment thread your team can resolve or reopen, and it stays attached to the version it was made on. Video comments carry the timestamp.

Approve or Request Changes

Two clear actions. No status dropdowns for clients.

Clients are not asked to manage workflow states. They approve the version in front of them, or they request changes. A change request captures everything production needs.

Revision packages

Client feedback becomes production-ready revision work.

When a client requests changes, Agency OS assembles a structured Revision Package, so the person doing the revision starts from one complete brief instead of a scroll of messages.

Connected revision generation

Where a workflow can produce the next version, it does. Where it cannot, a person does.

Review is connected to production. Feedback routes to the workflow that made the deliverable. Not every type is regenerated automatically, and each route below shows where it stands.

Internal review before resubmission

Your client never sees an unreviewed attempt.

Generated or uploaded revisions land in internal review first. Someone on your team checks the work and marks it ready before it goes back to the client.

Version history

Every reviewed version is kept exactly as it was reviewed.

Reviewed versions are locked. The approved snapshot is preserved. Internal generation attempts that never reached the client stay out of the client-facing history.

Final approval record

Know exactly what was approved, by whom, and when.

Every decision is stored as an operational client approval record tied to the exact version reviewed. It is an audit trail for your agency and your client. It is not a legally binding electronic signature.

Connected across Agency OS

Review is the decision layer for every product.

The same review engine handles website approvals, campaign builds, content batches, and creative. Agencies can start with Review alone and connect the rest later.

Questions

Agency OS Review FAQ

Is an approval in Agency OS Review a legal signature?

No. Agency OS Review keeps an operational client approval record: the deliverable, version, reviewer, decision, timestamp, and notes. It is an audit trail, not a legally binding electronic signature.

Do clients need an account?

Yes. Clients sign in to a secure review workspace in your agency's brand. A one-click review link without sign-in is planned.

Which file types can clients review?

Images, video, websites and landing pages, social posts, ad creative, blog posts, and campaign groupings are in Beta. Documents, presentations, audio, email campaigns, and reports are planned. Ad copy is reviewed inside a Google Ads strategy or build approval.

Can we use Review without the rest of Agency OS?

Yes. Review is designed to be useful on its own, and it connects to Sites, Ads, and Content when you are ready.

Is Review live with clients today?

Review is in Beta. The full lifecycle is built and tested, and founding agencies run the first live client reviews with our team alongside them.

Make client feedback part of the workflow.
