How it works
From onboarding to delivery, on one record.
Agency OS is implemented with your team, not configured alone. Here is how an agency moves from its current tools to one operating system, and how a single client moves through it once you are running.
Six steps
From configuration to delivery, in six steps.
Configure Your Agency
In guided onboarding, we set up your services, integrations, methods, products, and approval rules with you.
We map your services, methods, integrations, and approval rules with you. There is no self-serve setup yet; our team configures it alongside yours.
Add or Acquire Clients
Bring in existing clients or convert prospects through Agency OS Acquire.
Existing clients are brought in with their context. New clients arrive through onboarding intake, or, for pilot agencies, from Agency OS Acquire.
Let Context Flow
Client details populate the workflows and products that need them.
The client record feeds Sites, Ads, and Content. Missing facts are flagged for a person to fill, not invented.
Produce the Work
Build websites, campaigns, content, creative, and deliverables.
Each product produces work to your standards. Expensive AI actions show a cost estimate before they run.
Review and Approve
Internal teams and clients review organized batches and versions.
Work goes through internal review, then client review in organized batches. Clients approve or request changes.
Deliver and Improve
Publish, measure, optimize, and preserve the operating history.
Approved work is published or deployed by a person. Campaigns deploy paused. Everything stays on the record.
One client's journey
The same record, start to finish.

Human-controlled automation
Automate the mechanics. Keep people in control.
AI can research, plan, generate, revise, and QA. People control strategy, facts, approvals, budgets, and publishing.
- No invented client claims. Generated work draws on the client record. Facts that are not in it are flagged, not made up.
- Human approval gates. Client-facing work passes internal review before a client ever sees it.
- Clear assumptions. When a workflow has to assume something, it says so where a reviewer will see it.
- Usage and budget awareness. Expensive AI actions show a cost estimate before they run. Usage tracking and budgets are in private pilot.
- Immutable versions. Reviewed versions are kept as they were reviewed. Nothing is silently overwritten.
- Audit history. Who changed what, who approved it, and when stays on record.
Questions
Common questions
Is Agency OS self-serve?
Not yet. Every agency is onboarded by our team, which is why we start with a walkthrough or a Founding Agency application rather than a sign-up form.
Do we have to replace our current tools?
No. Agency OS coordinates the tools you already use. Google Ads and Meta Ads connections are available today; other integrations are labeled with their current status.
Can we start with one product?
Yes. Many agencies start with Agency OS Review or Agency OS Ads and connect other products later on the same platform.
Is there pricing on the site?
No. Pricing is discussed during the walkthrough, based on the products and implementation support you need.
How does Agency OS use AI?
AI handles mechanics such as research, drafting, revision, and QA. People control strategy, facts, approvals, budgets, and publishing. Paid, publishing, and send actions require human approval.
